In a compelling video address to the participants, Russian Ambassador to India, Denis Alipov, emphasised the importance of deepening Russia-India coordination on security issues, both on bilateral platforms and within multilateral frameworks. Highlighting the volatile geopolitical landscape, Ambassador Alipov stressed the need for timely dialogue between the law enforcement agencies of both countries to effectively address emerging security challenges.
