The Rashtriya Raksha University, in collaboration with the Russian Embassy and the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in India, hosted an international symposium titled “India-Russia Bilateral Relations: A Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership”. This high-profile event underscored the enduring and dynamic cooperation between the two nations amidst evolving global challenges.

In a compelling video address to the participants, Russian Ambassador to India, Denis Alipov, emphasised the importance of deepening Russia-India coordination on security issues, both on bilateral platforms and within multilateral frameworks. Highlighting the volatile geopolitical landscape, Ambassador Alipov stressed the need for timely dialogue between the law enforcement agencies of both countries to effectively address emerging security challenges.
