New Delhi, 17 February 2025 – The India Energy Week 2025, a flagship event in the global energy calendar, saw active participation from a high-level Russian delegation, further strengthening the Indo-Russian partnership in the energy sector. The delegation was led by Pavel Sorokin, First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, and included top executives from leading Russian organisations such as Novatek, Gazprom Neft, Sberbank, H2 Invest, NovTek New Technologies, and others.

Exploring New Horizons A highlight of the business programme was the thematic roundtable discussion, “New Horizons of Russian-Indian Cooperation in the Fuel and Energy Sector”, where industry leaders and policymakers deliberated on strategies to foster greater collaboration, address mutual challenges, and leverage emerging opportunities in the energy domain.
