A heartfelt farewell ceremony for Indian students selected to study at Russian universities under the Russian Government’s educational quota was held at the Russian House in New Delhi. The event marked a significant milestone in the deepening of Indo-Russian academic cooperation, as students prepare to embark on their journey to pursue higher education in Russia.

The ceremony was attended by Minister Counsellor & Deputy Chief of Mission of the Russian Embassy in India, Mr. Roman Babushkin, who conveyed his best wishes to the future scholars. Mr. Babushkin emphasised the strong educational ties between India and Russia, underlining the importance of cultural exchange and the role these students would play in further strengthening bilateral relations. Also addressing the gathering was Dr. Elena Remizova, the Representative of Rossotrudnichestvo in India, who expressed her pride in the students for successfully navigating the rigorous selection process.
