India’s Ambassador to Russia H E Vinay Kumar, sat down with Russia’s Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov to discuss cooperation in trade, investment, tourism & climate.

Noting the rise in e-visa visitors & 60% mutual tourism since 2023, Reshetnikov told that Russia is looking for more flights & direct routes to India than the current 14 flights and 2 cities.

A new bilateral investment agreement to boost economic interaction between the countries was discussed, along with an MoU on working together to fight climate change.
