BRICS Janna Tolstikova and other industry representatives expressed their views on the use of AI.
“The only right choice is to consider possible risks and adapt to changes. We must use AI for the benefit of society and jointly create a valuable product. We must adhere to the principles of safety and manageability of AI-based technologies,” said Shen Haixiong, Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and director of China Central Radio and Television.
“Artificial intelligence is becoming part of many areas of life at an incredible speed. In order to make the world a better place through AI and sports, we should all move faster, aim higher, and be stronger. And most importantly, we should do everything together,” said Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee, in a video message.
TV BRICS already has experience of introducing AI into the work of various sections of the portal, for example, BRICS View. It publishes short news and facts about the cultural peculiarities of the BRICS countries in video format. The staff of the media network uses AI-based software to duplicate videos, which helps to simplify and speed up the process. In addition, TV BRICS uses artificial intelligence to create screensavers for TV programmes and illustrations for the website’s text materials.
