Iran Media Expo, an exhibition showcasing the latest developments in the media sector, starts in Iran

Mohammad-Mehdi Esmaeili, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, as well as several high-ranking cultural and media representatives attended the event.

During four days, more than 600 media representatives, creative groups and various companies from the field participated in the exhibition.

The opening day of the exhibition featured various events including political discussions, scientific sessions, book launches, educational seminars, a press conference and the honouring of prominent figures in the field of communications and media. This is reported by Tehran Times, a partner of TV BRICS.

Earlier, Farshad Mehdipour, the Deputy Minister of Media and Advertising at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, announced that print media, online media, and news agencies were invited to participate. Special attention has been given to the technology sector with a section for science-oriented media groups.
