The event brought together Mr. Andrey Maksimov, Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on Territorial Development, Urban Environment, and Infrastructure, and Ms. Anna Du, Chairman of the Council of the Municipal Formation of the Syktyvkar Urban District. These prominent Russian figures joined hands with representatives from the All-India Council of Mayors and the Indian Institute of Public Administration to explore collaborative opportunities.
