In a vibrant celebration of Russian cultural heritage, the Russian House in New Delhi welcomed a full house for the enthralling performance of the Kuban ensemble “Stanitsa.” The concert, which showcased the rich traditions of the Kuban Cossacks, attracted a diverse audience, including cultural icons, diplomats, political figures, and students from various Indian universities.

The event was inaugurated by Yulia Aryaeva, Counsellor for Culture at the Russian Embassy in India, who delivered a heartfelt welcome address, setting the tone for an evening of cultural immersion. Her remarks highlighted the importance of fostering cultural exchange between Russia and India, underlining the historical bonds of friendship between the two nations.

The ensemble’s performers dazzled the audience with an impressive array of traditional dances and vocal pieces.
